The late Tom Alexander (in conjunction with Leonie Chappell) created much of the Set International Inc materials.  His intention was to take all of the knowledge, principles, tools and techniques he had learned over many years and combine them into a program to maximize the use of individual and organizational potential.  His aim was to “Make Life and Business more Simple and Practical for Individuals and Organizations”.   He emphasized in lectures and workshops that:“Everybody has an entrepreneur inside them and as they relax and come into alignment with themselves something powerful begins to happen.” “We all have a choice to run our life and business or to be run by it. We can organize ourselves to magnetize our success. We can make our energy stronger than the environmental pressures that limit our success by using a process called Structure, Execution and Task in a prescribed manner.”
